We will disconnect and remove your old appliance for recycling on the same visit, provided it has been emptied and defrosted beforehand. Display models from our showrooms are sold separately and are clearly marked, with the reason for the reduction stated on the listing. Where a model is available in more than one finish, the price is the same across the range unless the product page states otherwise. Delivery and installation
Our installation teams are directly employed rather than subcontracted, which is why we are able to book a two-hour delivery window rather than a full day. Every appliance is checked and tested before it leaves our warehouse, and the packaging is removed and recycled at the point of delivery. Spare parts for every model listed on this page are held in the Coventry distribution centre for a minimum of ten years after the model is withdrawn.
