Spare parts for every model listed on this page are held in the Coventry distribution centre for a minimum of ten years after the model is withdrawn. Noise levels are quoted in decibels at one metre and measured on the quietest normal running setting rather than on boost. Every appliance is checked and tested before it leaves our warehouse, and the packaging is removed and recycled at the point of delivery. Trade customers are invoiced monthly against an agreed credit limit and see net prices throughout the site once signed in. Display models from our showrooms are sold separately and are clearly marked, with the reason for the reduction stated on the listing.
