Delivery and installation
If the appliance does not fit the aperture you measured, we will take it away again at no cost and hold the balance against a replacement. A qualified engineer is required for any gas connection, and the certificate is issued on the day and registered within thirty days. Noise levels are quoted in decibels at one metre and measured on the quietest normal running setting rather than on boost.
