Every appliance is checked and tested before it leaves our warehouse, and the packaging is removed and recycled at the point of delivery. Our installation teams are directly employed rather than subcontracted, which is why we are able to book a two-hour delivery window rather than a full day. Dimensions are given as height by width by depth in millimetres, and the aperture required is always a few millimetres larger than the appliance itself. Finance is arranged through a panel of lenders and the rate shown is the rate you pay, with no arrangement fee added at the end. Delivery and installation
Extended cover can be added at any point in the first twelve months and runs from the original date of delivery rather than the date it was bought. A qualified engineer is required for any gas connection, and the certificate is issued on the day and registered within thirty days.
