Our installation teams are directly employed rather than subcontracted, which is why we are able to book a two-hour delivery window rather than a full day. If the appliance does not fit the aperture you measured, we will take it away again at no cost and hold the balance against a replacement. A qualified engineer is required for any gas connection, and the certificate is issued on the day and registered within thirty days.
