Orders placed before two in the afternoon are picked the same working day, and anything in stock at a regional hub is usually delivered within three days. Finance is arranged through a panel of lenders and the rate shown is the rate you pay, with no arrangement fee added at the end. We will disconnect and remove your old appliance for recycling on the same visit, provided it has been emptied and defrosted beforehand. Delivery and installation
Our installation teams are directly employed rather than subcontracted, which is why we are able to book a two-hour delivery window rather than a full day. Noise levels are quoted in decibels at one metre and measured on the quietest normal running setting rather than on boost. Spare parts for every model listed on this page are held in the Coventry distribution centre for a minimum of ten years after the model is withdrawn. Where a model is available in more than one finish, the price is the same across the range unless the product page states otherwise.
