Delivery and installation
Spare parts for every model listed on this page are held in the Coventry distribution centre for a minimum of ten years after the model is withdrawn. We will disconnect and remove your old appliance for recycling on the same visit, provided it has been emptied and defrosted beforehand. A qualified engineer is required for any gas connection, and the certificate is issued on the day and registered within thirty days. Noise levels are quoted in decibels at one metre and measured on the quietest normal running setting rather than on boost.
